Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Checkout Collective LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website (checkoutcollective.com) or subscribe to our services.
We keep this simple and plain. We don't sell your data. We don't do anything shady with it.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
cal.com — appointment scheduling. Booking data is processed by cal.com under their privacy policy.
Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies are used for analytics tracking.
Trello — client project management. Your project requests, notes, and related communications are stored in Trello boards. Trello is operated by Atlassian under their privacy policy (atlassian.com/legal/privacy-policy).
We only share the minimum necessary information with these providers to deliver our service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
When you request deletion, we will remove your information from our internal tools (Trello, email) and assist where possible with third-party platforms. Note that Stripe, cal.com, and Cloudflare operate under their own data retention policies — we will initiate deletion requests on your behalf but cannot guarantee the timeline of third-party removal.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of non-essential communications
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across websites.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted third-party payment processors. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
9. Children
Our service is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
